We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on individuals or build commercial profiles.
3. Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where required by law or by a competent authority. Our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger, with servers in the European Union) and, once enabled, the payment gateway process data on our behalf as processors. We make no international transfers outside the European Economic Area.
4. Cookies
This website only uses one technical session cookie, needed to sign in and to protect forms. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so no consent is required for them.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to admin@nodecellular.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply measures such as mandatory two-factor authentication, hashing of passwords and encryption of secrets, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based access control.
